A Dynamic Balancing Act

Here is my favorite reminder to keep in mind:

Push yourself and forgive yourself.

 

During any given day, I constantly remind myself to both push myself to do more or do something I'm not in the mood for, and forgive myself for not doing more or not trying harder.

I probably end up with at least a dozen moments where I pushed myself and a dozen where I gave myself grace.

No matter what, if you constantly keep yourself in a balance of pushing yourself and forgiving yourself, you will make progress.
